Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 27, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RedScout AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must immediately terminate your access.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We use Clerk for authentication and account management.

3. Description of Service & Acceptable Use

RedScout AI provides an AI-powered Reddit monitoring and lead scoring system that scans public posts and generates reply drafts.

When using the Service, you agree:

  • To comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
  • To respect Reddit's User Agreement, developer terms, and community guidelines.
  • Not to use the AI reply draft tool to automate massive, unsolicited spam messages or mass-bot comments.
  • Not to attempt to scrap, reverse engineer, or disrupt the operation of RedScout AI.
  • Not to upload any malicious code or content that violates intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in spamming, abusive behavior, or violations of Reddit's API guidelines.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

  • Plans and Billing: Certain features require a paid subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Pro). Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via LemonSqueezy.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed further.
  • Refunds: Since our service consumes AI generation credits and live data scraping resources, refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law or decided on a case-by-case basis by support.

5. Intellectual Property

RedScout AI and its original content, features, branding (including logos and designs), and source code are the exclusive property of RedScout AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business operations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of the Service. We do not guarantee that monitoring will catch every single Reddit post or that AI reply drafts will lead to conversions or sales.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedScout AI, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
