  • Business & Product Configuration: We collect details about your business, website URL, target customer profile, pain points, and target subreddits or keywords to configure the AI lead monitoring agent.
  • Reddit Monitoring & Lead Data: Our system scans public Reddit discussions based on your configurations. We retrieve and store relevant public Reddit posts, subreddits, user handles, and conversation context.
  • Billing & Transaction Details: For paid subscriptions, all payment processing is handled securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your raw credit card information on our servers; however, we receive transaction statuses, subscription plans, and billing histories.
  • Usage & Device Data: We log data about how you interact with our platform, including page views, click rates of AI generated drafts, timestamps of scans, and basic browser information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following business and operational purposes:

  • To initialize, run, and scale automated scans on Reddit matching your specified parameters.
  • To generate AI reply drafts, analyze buying intent, and calculate urgency scores.
  • To manage your account, billing, support inquiries, and subscription status.
  • To notify you about newly discovered hot leads via email, Slack, Discord, or webhooks.
  • To monitor application performance, prevent fraud, and comply with security requirements.

  • LemonSqueezy: For secure subscription payment processing.
  • OpenAI / Groq: For natural language processing to extract keywords and draft reply suggestions. No user data sent to LLMs is used to train generic public models.
  • Database Providers (Supabase/Prisma): To host and organize user configurations, leads, and analytics data safely.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely in PostgreSQL databases. While we take reasonable steps to secure your information, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
